Conditions of Participation

1. ORGANISER

The competition is organised by Senn Resources AG, Brühlgasse 37, 9000 St. Gallen.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation. Multiple entries are not permitted.

3. PARTICIPATION

Participation in the competition is voluntary. It takes place by filling out and answering the question on the online form. Participation is free of charge and not tied to the purchase of goods or services.

All entries must be submitted by the end of the entry period to be valid and eligible for the prize draw. The organiser is not responsible for entries not being received as a result of technical failures or other disruptions.

4. PERIOD OF PARTICIPATION

The competition begins on 10 September 2025 and ends on 20 September 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

5. PRIZES

The following prizes will be awarded:

1. Prize: Booking of the event hall in the MC³ Main Campus Convention Centre at Hegenheimermattweg 167, 4123 Allschwil for half a day (5h) worth CHF 2,100.00
2. Prize: Booking of the meeting room number 5 in the MC³ Main Campus Convention Centre at Hegenheimermattweg 167, 4123 Allschwil für a full day worth CHF 960.00
3. Prize: A magnum bottle of Champagne De Saint-Gall

Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded. Any shipping will be within Switzerland. Any shipping costs will be borne by the organiser.

Prizes are not transferable to third parties.

6. DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The winners will be selected at random principle from all valid entries, excluding the public, and notified by email after the entry deadline.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, they forfeit the opportunity to accept the prize, and a replacement winner will be selected at random.

7. DATA PROTECTION

Participants agree that the organiser may use their data collected in connection with the competition for internal advertising purposes for the MC³ Main Campus Convention Centre. Further information on the collection and processing of personal data can be found in the organizer’s privacy policy.

Participants have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

8. PUBLICATION

The names of the winners may be published on the internet. By participating, the winners agree to this.

9. LIABILITY

The organiser excludes any liability and responsibility in connection with the competition. In particular, the organiser is not liable for technical problems, network problems, or system failures. Likewise, no liability is assumed for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected entries.

The organiser is not liable for any damage resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.

Legal recourse is excluded.

10. PLACE OF JURISDICTION / REPLICABLE LAW

Place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen and Swiss Law is applicable.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

The organiser reserves the right to change, pause or cancel the competition at any time for good cause. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.

By participating in the competition, participants confirm that they are aware of these terms and conditions and accept them.
